Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 5 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition and packaging.

  • Certain products (such as personal care items, soaps, oils, and other handmade products) may be non-returnable for health and safety reasons. These will be clearly marked as final sale.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Used or opened personal care products

Return Shipping

  • If your return is approved, we recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for items lost in return transit.
