  • We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

  • During busy seasons or promotions, processing times may take longer.

Shipping Rates & Methods

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, package size, and destination.

  • We primarily ship using USP and UPS.

  • Free shipping may be offered on orders over $99.

Delivery Estimates

  • Standard shipping within the U.S. typically takes 2–6 business days after processing.

  • Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional cost.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.

International Shipping

  • We currently do not ship internationally.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes that may apply.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

  • Tracking may take up to 24–48 hours to update after shipment.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

  • We are not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed by the shipping carrier.

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 business days with photos of the packaging and items so we can assist.

Address Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

  • We are not liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
